What exactly is the question?

You need to connect the ultra to AC power in order to use CVR (it won't work on battery or the solar charger).

I've not seen a spec on it.  One of the mods might be able to track it down (or possibly another user has measured it).

The chargers can only deliver up to 10 watts, so it is definitely less than that.
