It is clear the Ultra cameras are having issues, covered in reviews and this forum. Things like motion detection and stability will hopefully improve with firmware updates.
Is Arlo offering any incentives for early adopters to take the risk and stay with the Ultra while they work through the issues?
With a few days left in my return window, I need to decide on taking the risk of getting a sub-standard product at a premium cost. I am leaning torward returning, given the premium purchase and subscription costs.
If if there was an offer to extend ArloSmart Premier to two years and include 4K recording, it might sway me to take the risk.
