Not recording locally to VMB5000r6

It’s one up before but I cannot record to VMB5000r6. It did record when I first set it up. It took a lot of fiddling but I got it to work. But when I added other users and set up another older hub at my work. It just got too hard to just work? I get a message that it is not recording locally, it even gives the error. I can see recordings in cloud. I have done the usual, reset, etc. Is it some issue with the wireless doorbell?

Are you saying you removed and setup the Arlo Ultra camera to another base station?. Make sure you have one of the compatible base station/Smart Hubs for local storage: VMB4000, 4500, 4540
