Unfortuntely I‘m having trouble with one of my Ultra cameras. Unti last week both of them worked fine, suddenly one of them is not detecting any motion. I did not chance anything on my system.

I disconnected the camera several times and reconnected it, no difference.

I took out the battery several times for > 5 minutes, no difference.

In the cameras setting, when I tried the motion detection, no yellow light on the camera.

Is there a way to reset the camera? Maybe this helps.

Any help is really much appreciated.

If the camera does not indicate motion is being detected when using motion detection test, this could indicate an issue with the camera. Please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
