NO Free Smart Premier

Just canceled smart premier from old pro base station then installed new Ultra system. Now I dont see an option for free 1 yr smart premier. Any help?

Also, 7 cans are still on pro base station and only Ultra is on Ultra base... same network

Did you buy the Ultra stuff locally? Or did you import it?
