Hey, since a few weeks one of 5 ultra cameras stopped reporting any motion events, found out it is due to failing motion detection.
Tried rebooting camera, taking battery out, restarting base etc.
Motion detection works properly on all other cameras.
Tried Device Utilities > Motion Detection Test with the camera close to the base, but no matter what sensivity, no motion light comes up, which makes me think it's simply broken.. Anything else I can try or should it be RMA'd?
Thanks! JB

The one thing you haven't mentioned is removing the camera from your account and adding it back in. If still no good, swap at the store if possible or use the app to go to Settings, Support to select your camera model and scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.
