Local recordings no longer able to view in app

Have 3 Ultra cameras connected to VMB5000 base station all connected to home wifi. For 3 years have been able to view saved videos on the local storage through the Arlo app. All of a sudden this is no longer possible. Just get the following message. Haven’t changed anything network wise for this to happen.
have tried removing all devices and re adding, deleted and reinstalled the app. Log in, log out.
Have checked sd card in computer and recordings are there but just unable to view in app.
Has anyone got anymore suggestions? I’m nearly positive it’s an Arlo app problem…

I have the same problem. iOS user. Tried all the above except upgrading to the new app version which hasn't fixed the problem for other users. The recordings are all there, just can't see them in the app. I don't want to upgrade to the new app version - sounds pretty awful.

I have seen this issue sometimes on my own system. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed it for me.
That shouldn't migrate you to "Feed". But Arlo is migrating some users who haven't done anything to trigger it, so I guess that could happen to you.
