Live 4k stream not working

I just noticed this morning that my live stream is not in 4k, I do have HDR and 4k streaming enabled in the ios app running 13.3 on my iPhone 11 pro max, my recordings are in 4k just not when I look live. Nothing has changed, and yes, it did work before. Has anyone else noticed this?

Well, I don’t know if some sort of change was made behind the scenes but my 4K live view now works.

It only streams in 4K if you're on the local network. If you're looking at a LIVE view away from home (not on your network) it will not be in 4K.
