Issues with one camera: connecting, stuck in black/white, cannot set activity zones AC disconnected.

Good day, I have my 4 ultra cameras since September 2019 with Smart membership.
I’m starting to have issues with one:
- hard time connecting to the live view
- since Dec it gets stuck in night mode (black and white)
- I have removed the battery and added the device back to the base. Now it says the activity zone cannot be activated because it is not connected to AC power. It was on battery the whole time and always worked.
- when pressing play for the live view it is stuck on a old frozen frame
- it detects movement but doesn’t send the notifications while it’s happening.
I paid $1,400 for this system and I am getting really frustrated. I keep reading the forums, but it seems there is no help given from the company.
