Internet speed impacting my ultra camera connection?

my speed is called 23/5 mb it can have something and do with my one arlo ultra constantly falling off the connection

It might.  The Ultra itself needs 4 mb upload, so if there is other stuff happening on your internet connection you could be overloading it.  https://kb.arlo.com/000062182/What-is-the-minimum-upload-bandwidth-speed-required-for-Arlo-Ultra
