I can't modify/change credit card details

I have finished the one year free subscription. And now, I want to buy a premier subscription. But, the system doesn’t allow me to change the credit card details in my profile. Customer care representatives don’t have any clues. Worst service I have ever witnessed. BIG REGRET OF BUYING THIS ARLO ULTRA or any ARLO product.
