How to get Arlo recognize new device without the old device access?

My cell phone became non-operative due to obsolescence and Arlo only recognized that device as attempts to log on my new cell phone was denied due to it being non-recognized device.  How can I get Arlo to recognize a new device without the old device access.

Same phone number? Have you tried both SMS and email verification methods?
