Horizontal Lineson Live Video

Hello, I have four Arlo Ultra Cameras and one now has horizontal lines on the live video feed. The connection is excellent and it has constant power just like the other three. The other three cameras have crystal clear live video feeds. Why is this one having issues? See screenshot of live feed below.

I suggest trying a factory reset.  Do that by

  • removing the camera from your account
  • holding the sync button inside the camera down until the LED flashes amber (about 15 seconds)
  • adding the camera back to the account.

If that doesn't resolve it, then the camera hardware has likely failed.
