Homekit token reset for my base station

Can you do a token reset on my base station ? (VMB5000r4)

Can't get homekit to work.

Contact our agents directly so they can reset a token:
1. Go to our website (if you don't live in France, select your country by clicking on the flag icon in the top right corner)
2. Scroll down to the section « Centre d'assistance »
3. Log in with your Arlo credentials
4. Select the contact option that suits you
