Have installed Arlo on iPad and iPhone. Only works on iPad.

What iPhone are using? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your phone device?

i have apple xs  latest update, tried uninstalled turn phone off left off about 1 hour reinstalled app  wont let me in  but i can use app on ipad no problems
