HEVC Error Random

Overnight without any changes to my system, my iOS device now has a problem with playback of library clips.

This error appeared without any update on my end occurring and was working fine for a week, now this appeared.

Have you tried restarting your phone/tablet?

It’s so odd, it appears and disappears at random. When it happens again, I’ll post again the steps that caused it to happen
