I experience problems with the playback on my phone/tablet (Android) but not browser.  Trying to solve this has been a challenge... Chatted with someone online, did all I was asked to do, but no resolution.  Followed up on case file, got an email asking me the same questions which I already provided during the chat.  Answered those questions and submitted them but got the following response: Page Unavailable -- Sorry, but the requested page is unavailable due to a server issue. Our engineers are working on it, please check back later.  

Repeated the attempt to answer questions again, same problem... Page Unavailable.  

No way to get a hold of a person or send an email, since trying to use the form does not work.    Any idea what to do???

Try right-clicking (or otherwise selecting the link) and paste that into the browser. As I recall, the link can be truncated by the email client which causes it to not work.

I'll look in to this case updating issue for you; are you trying to reply through the App or email link?

 

May I ask what the playback issue Is you are experiencing? Is the live stream timing out or not initiating?

Do you have a screenshot of any error messages? Can you provide more detail regarding this.
