Very, very, very unhappy with Arlo Ultra... the base and cameras are not working properly again

Fixed length recording does not work
Cross-triggering from Arlo cameras does not work.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.

I power cycled the cameras, and I power cycled the Ultra base station.
I unplugged the base station. The cameras are in locations that are not easily accessible, so the batteries were not pulled.
Very frustrating. This has been a chronic problem since the product release.
