So i have 8 cameras in total out of which 3 arlo ultra.
All of them are set for no notification for detection any type of motion or animal , yet for a couple of week one of the cameras , the most important one is getting motion detection , 2 of them simultaneously every 5 min.
Sensibility for motion is a 1 !
Its driving me crazy and i dont know what to.
Tried deleting the camera and re sync it and since then it have gotten even worse with all the notifications

This sounds like a camera positioning issue. Have you read the FAQ in the support section here on best positioning practices? You also say sensitivity is set to 1 - is that in your modes and rules?
Post screenshots of the camera views for suggestions.
