I have a 3 pack of ultra cameras I bought in July last year. My retailer just replaced two cameras as one was giving false motion alerts and the other was draining the battery very fast.
My problem is one of the new cameras is draining extremely fast. I have already had to recharge it twice with the last time only lasting 4 days before it ran out.
I have motion detection turned off On that camera whilst I am at home during the day which is most of the time. I have it switched on at night. There is strong signal strength as this camera is quite close to the base station. I am not seeing more than 2-3 detection events per day in the library.
This seems crazy and not usable at all. What could be going on here?

Nscrivener,
Try swapping the poorly behaving camera with your other camera and test to see if the issue follows the camera or the location. It could be a connectivity issue at that location that isn't being reflected by the signal strength indicator.
