Arlo,
Are you looking at designing your product so that customers can use the Arlo product line in two different addresses. This would help you expand your revenue, most likely improve your stock price and would make customers very happy. Otherwise, customers like me, is required (forced by you) to purchase a completely different product in order to support having cameras at two different addresses to support getting alerts and to view what is going on in real time.

KathyArlo,
There is nothing preventing you from having Arlo products at two different addresses and viewing both within the same app. You can do this now, many users have multiple systems at multiple locations all viewed through the same Arlo mobile app.

Hello James,
Yes I know. However, the issue as I see it is the following:
(1) Alerts are not provided since you have to log out of one system and into another. When logging out of one system, the alert feature is inactive.
(2) You have to log in and out to view the video and pictures. Both systems cannot be on at the same time on the same device (iPhone).
Are the two items below solvable now? And, I need to do something different?

KathyArlo,
It sounds like you've set up two separate Arlo accounts using two different logins. You can only be logged in on one account at a time on the same mobile device. You could utilize the Grant Access feature to share devices between those accounts so they are all accessible from a single account.
Alternatively, during setup, you could have used one primary account and added the devices from the second location to that account during installation instead of making a second account.
For more information on how to utilize the Grant Access feature to share devices between accounts, take a look here: How do I add friends to my Arlo account?
