When trying to contact support and open a case, I follow the links on Arlos site to here:

https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/products/contact.aspx

And I get this error:

Page Not Found

The page you requested could not be found or is no longer available.

Anybody know how I can open a support case?

I point people to the Contact Support link at the bottom here. Dunno where you got that link but the link at the bottom is for this:
