Cannot view my local recordings in the app

Unfortunately, I cannot see my local recordings in the Arlo App. It always says: "There was an error obtaining your library. Arlo team is working on this issue." When can we expect a fix of this bug?

I've only seen this once or twice over the years. I'd start by rebooting the phone, reinstalling the app and trying a web browser.

Thanks a lot for the quick answer. I just tried the web browser but with no avail. First I thought that it is a problem with the micro SD card and changed it to another one. But also the other SD card did not help. When I eject the SD card I can see the videos on my computer without any problem. But in the app or in the web browser the videos just don't show up although the settings are right. I then reinstalled the app and this did the trick. Don't know why but I very much appreciate the solution. Many thanks again!
