Hello!

So I have 3 Arlo Cameras, 2 are Ultras one for the Porch and the other Basement door. The 3rd camera is the Arlo Pro 2 which is for the living room as extra protection as it also sees the high deck door.
For some reason, whenever I activate a custom mode during the day that only is supposed to have the Alarm and alert active for the Porch and Basement cameras, only one camera (in this case the Porch) is getting the Motion detection working. The other one shows the icon as nonactive. I have to change back to the default ARMED and they all work.
Anyone else having this issue?

I would create a new custom mode with the proper settings as a test. If that works ok, delete the original custom mode.

things to remember...

1) if the camera is NOT in the active mode your using, it will be off

2) only one mode can run at a time

3) if you need to go thru Midnight, split a schedule up to 1159 pm and start again at 12 mid the next day onward

I did that before but only the first camera that I select when creating the custom mode gets the motion detection to work. THe other does not.

And now it started working correctly somehow so I am done on this one.
Thanks
