Can't access videos on computer

I am able to access my videos via my phone, but every time I try to log into the computer, it blocks my login.  It comes up with a box that says it will send a notification to my phone to verify, then about 5 seconds later it changes to access is denied.  I am assuming I need to change something in my settings, but can't seem to find what needs changed.
