Cameras shows on my app but not connecting, for my shared devices everything works perfectly fine

I can see all the devices on my app but nothing connects, it shows devices offline.

However on my shared device, i find everything online and can connect live to all cameras and base stations.

This problem happened after changing to a new Iphone.

Are all the users showing Feed at the bottom of the Arlo app Home Screen?
