Camera suddenly not connecting

I have three ultra cameras which have been working fine since purchase approx 6 months ago. I noticed this week that one of the will not connect, it just buffers and says connecting, but never connects. I tried swapping it s location with a working camera and it still won’t connect. I rebooted the hub and the camera live-streamed but when I stopped the live stream and tried to start it again it was back to buffering and would not connect. I refitted the camera battery ( intermittent flashing blue light for a few seconds) , pressed the pairing button on the hub (flashing blue light, then solid blue) but still it won’t connect. The other two cameras are fine.

Remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync. If you use custom modes be sure to add the camera back to those modes.
