Camera stopped recording to library from 7 pm - 7 am everyday for the last 4 days. Tried restarting.

My cameras have ceased recording to the library for approximately 12 hours every day (7pm-7am) for the last four days. When I log on I can see that they each recently identified motion and show updated on the home screen but nothing is in the library. I tried deleting old clips to free room and it still won’t record at night. I have also restarted the hub and nothing. They record to the library fine during the day.

That would seem to be that Smart has decided the object wasn't one that you have selected in your Smart settings. You can verify this by setting up local storage and compare the cloud vs. local recordings. Smart post-processes the video and if determined to not be of interest based on your settings the video will be discarded. Local storage does nothing of the sort - everything is kept.
