Camera records 0 seconds of video

I have four Arlo Ultra 2 cameras and three of them work perfectly. One of them does NOT. It only records 0 seconds of video and then stops recording. I’ve removed the battery, removed and factory reset it, and still it only records 0 seconds. Even when it is right next to the base station it records 0 seconds.
Can someone please tell me how they have fixed their cameras?

Electronic fail. Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support offers.
