CVR missing hours of footage

I have multiple cameras (4), one of which is an Arlo Ultra that has CVR. I've noticed that pretty much every day there are huge, hours-long periods of time where there is no footage available in the timeline. We're talking anywhere from 2 to 12 hours a day.

The camera gets 'good' WiFi coverage but still goes offline more and more frequently. This isn't a battery issue and is not a WiFi coverage issue. There are no other RF devices that are interfering with the signal and when it does work, live stream and recording are fine.

I'm paying a monthly fee for continuous recording, not occasional recording. Has anyone experienced similar issues?

Has Arlo come up with a fix for this?
