One is battery only , is at 80% after 5 days
One is connected to a power source 6 hours a day , is at 100%
One , connected to power 24-7 is at 100%
Last one is plugged in 24-7 was at 100% last night, now at 54%
It shows that it is charging but the charge state dropping.
Tried swapping the wall adapters, the same camera , goes dead.
Tried swaping batterys, same camera goes dead.
All the cameras see about the same amount of action.
Could it be the charge cable even though the status says it is charging?
This are less that a week old.
Thanks

Hi 95wagon.
One of my Ultra cameras plugged into AC power 24/7 always shows 85% battery but never gives me any issues I notice.
Just curious, the power cords you are using for the cameras came from Arlo manufacturer?
thanks,

As a side note... usu the battery being charged internally will only see 80% +... this is to prevent the battery from overcharge if left on ac. ( but they usu read 100% , so it's an odd thing, maybe sw issue )
Only if the battery is charged in the external charger does it see a true 100%.
Also as mentioned, it needs the original charger for functioning.

Am looking into something different.
Hope that is the issue
Charge state.
My two pro 2s plugged in with arlo supplied chargers and cables sit at 100%
I moved some chargers around last night.
The two " troublesome" ultras are currently at 100 % and 97%.
Thanks for your inputs.
I will report back if I have any more info and if different chargers, cables solve anything.

A follow up.
While I think it was the cables, not the actual chargers, I changed both.
Outdoor rated name brand Arlos are out of stock in my area.
I purchased and couple of Wasserstein brand and so far so good
The ones that cost about half and caused grief were
