Base unit VMB3010r2, after upgrading to new app I lost night vision on one of my cameras (VMC3030), followed suggestions to reinstate camera, firstly deleting camera from system then resetting base station back to factory settings. This I did and the base station updated to current requirements and is now on the app, however when I try to connect the cameras all I get is upgrade to new base station,  this system was working perfectly well prior to the app update, suggestion’s please.

I have a VMB3010r2 that I decommissioned that I was going to give to a friend who is going through a divorce and wants a little security, and am having the same issue adding cameras to that device.

The blue lights on the camera flash, the led on the base station flashes, everything looks like it's successful, until I look at the dashboard and see the base station with no new cameras.
Commenting here to follow this thread in case someone comes up with a solution.

I tried and tried to add the cameras to my base unit, then decided to use a different type of camera and this luckily allowed me to add all three cameras. Having gone through all this frustration the camera I was trying to operate with night vision still wouldn’t work so I had to change the unit to a spare I had and now everything is working fine. I still don’t know how to reactivate the night vision on the spare camera.
