Another day, another problem... do Arlo even bother testing their software? 😞

I have ultra cameras on an elite subscription plan. Live view and cloud recording are in 4k, but the base station recordings are only 2k.

Anyone seen this? Is there a solution?

Just to be clear, You are referencing the local 4k recordings correct?

Yes. My cloud recordings are 4k and crystal clear, the ones on my base station SD card are 2K and grainy

(Also the broken preview, that's another bug if you cancel a download to your phone and start it again)
