Hello, my timezone keeps resetting after I set it, I reinstalled the app cleaned the storage, still no luck, any suggestions?

That should be an account and/or hub issue. Have you rebooted the hub?

yes, I did reboot the base and reinstalled the app.

You may need to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh to get this working properly.
