Arlo ultra not saving events

Cameras not saving events, sending push notifications, but when we go to look at the event, none are saved.

All cameras and base station are on updated firmware, as is the app.

Do you have a subscription? Any Arlo camera newer than the Pro 2 requires a sub to have cloud recordings. For the Ultra, you can use a microSD card in the hub to record locally and use the app to view the recordings.
