Arlo ultra - CVR not working

Am unable to view past footage, if I pull the timeline or select a different date, it just jumps back to today, and time at the moment?

 

has there been an update or is there something I need to alter to view past footage?

Are you still experiencing this symptom after removing and reinstalling the Arlo app?

I'm hoping its now working, but there are days of lost footage.

 

the error code I was getting

 

(504) http status code to 'https://myapi.arlo.com/hmsweb/users/devices/644F-335-7052694_A432137WA1117/playlist?fromDate=2025111...'.

There was a back-end update that should help with the timeline not apperaing. Please let me know if you're still experiencing this

I’m able to access past recordings but the calendar is not working correctly !
