Good evening all I received an email from Arlo the other day a tating they are would be scheduled maintenance on the morning of Wednesday, February 19th.
@JamesC Can you tell us if this maintenance is to help with the issues about missing cloud recordings and smart notifications, etc or just server security patches and updates?

If you're still experiencing issues with missing cloud recordings/smart notifications, I recommend you contact the support team to open a ticket and further investigate the issue.
The maintenance schedule wednesday is a routine cloud maintenance. Fixes have already gone out to address missing cloud recordings/smart notifications so if you're still seeing that issue, contact the support team and open a new ticket to escalate the issue.
