I believe I have 2 Arlo Ultra or Ultra 2s and a newer Arlo I got last year
ISSUE: In the past, any motion would be captured and recorded from outside where I have 2 of the older ones placed in my yard. In the past year+, sometimes the videos are not being captured by the motion (my dogs going outside) and only now and then a few recordings show up.
Did Arlo flip this to be a required pay for service to get these as they happen? or close to real time? I don't need real time but this is concerning that they aren' t working as advertised and used to pick up and record all things in the backyard. thanks

There have been previous reports of reduced sensitivity for motion triggering that have never been addressed.
The likely cause is film built up on the front face of the cameras. Cleaning regularly helps to keep things in check.
You also have the ability to adjust the sensitivity of detection within the mode rules if required.
