Good morning all, I was searching the Arlo community forum and it seems a few years back that some of the Arlo employees were on this community and able to tell people what the status was of their system from Arlo's end to assist them to fix the issues.
Is that still the case?
If it is true can one of the employees PLEASE PM me?!?!

thanks @jguerdat but it almost always shows 'normal' or 'all good'. I was speaking to Arlo tech support on the phone yesterday afternoon as well and even brought that up. I asked them how could it show normall or all good if they are telling me know they know about an issue with Ultra cameras using AC power and not reporting motion.
