Arlo Ultra showing low battery

My Arlo Ultra camera is showing low battery and says I need to charge it. It's allegedly at 2%.

I've taken fully charged batteries out of other cameras and put it in the camera that's showing low battery and it does not help.

I've tried different cables that does not help. All my cables charge every camera but this one.

Any suggestions?

I suggest contacting support.  Likely you need to RMA the camera.
