I have installed Arlo ultra 4 Cameras and hub. I am in Arlo secure free trial plan. The system is working fine for me. Though i granted access to my partner , she is not able to see the cameras in her account. My dashboard and her dashboard are different, I get feed in my dashboard and she get library in her account. What to do to have the same version?

Is this backwards? Normally the primary account sees Library and the newly created friend account sees Feed.

It is unusual for the primary account to have "Feed" and the friend account to have "Library".
- What version of the app is she running?
- Does she have any Arlo cameras onboarded in her account? (not the cameras you are sharing with her).
