Arlo Ultra review

We got the ultras today. 4th set of arlo cameras we have bought at costco. 4th set we will be returning. The cameras are nice. Software and firmware don't work with a. Its near impossible to even get the cameras connected. It took me an hour just to get my app to recognize the base station. Then every time I tried to name the camera it would fail and say "try again". Did this 9 times. Unfortunately, it won't let you advance until you name the camera. So looks like this 4th set is going back. 

There is a company called La View that makes cameras. We have those too. They are only $130 for two cameras and they connect in 5 minutes and stay connected, We have never had issues, The only reason we wanted to try the arlo cameras again is that they record vid without an SSD card, Which you need with the La View cameras. Don't waste your money on this garbage. You will pull your hair out trying to get them to work.
