Arlo Ultra live stream and audio useless due to lag VMS5340-100NAS

I got 1 Gbit down and 50 Mbit up and experiencing about 15 + seconds lag in both video and audio. Can not communicate with anyone at my door or call it a "live" feed. I even got the solar panels for charging. I have two bars reception to the hub. This is a joke. 
The model is not even listed in the dropdown (is it too new?). It is the Arlo Ultra VMS5340-100NAS.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.
