Arlo Ultra free plan on separate camera & hub

Is the free 1 year plan only included in the kits? I received an ultra hub and Arlo ultra camera separately, and I can't see the 12 month offer anywhere.

Free plan is tied to the hub not the camera. Since the hub only isn't for sale I'm guessing you won't get it. I'm also guessing you won't get warranty either. Check the unpublished authorized retailer list to confirm.

I received it as an Amazon Vine reviewer, so am not surprised it's not on general sale yet.

why I can't buy the plan.Everyone I click to buy the play,it will go back to the device setting! And I can't set the motion dectected block. I never have notifition to my phone app. What's wrong with it.
