Arlo Ultra can’t drag it back into PVR subscription.

Hi, does anybody know how to get an Arlo Ultra camera back onto the PVR subscription. I paid a year upfront in April 2019 for the “Premium Video Recording” in 4K. I’ve had to remove a camera from network and reboot (glitchy after every update) and usually just go back into settings, subscription, manage cameras. There you can drag n drop the recently added camera back into your PVR plan but it will no longer do it! JameC said there’s a problem but he doesn’t reply to my messages. I’ve talked to customer support (absolute waste of time) and was told that this service is no longer supported and a refund would not be possible! Anybody got any ideas I’m really at a loss with the complete lack of Arlo support and knowledge!! Any help would be appreciated. Case No-41409903
