Arlo Ultra camera not charging

Has anyone found a fix yet for the cameras not charging?

You know you have this issue when they sit on 1%-2% or 3%. Been running around for MONTHS trying to get this fixed, but get stuck in a loop with support. They only seem to want to charge off the solar panel.

Are the Arlo cables known to be faulty?

Much cheaper than the Arlo branded ones, which seem like they are not very good anyway. Non-genuine ones cant be worse. If nothing else they will be long enough to connect to main power.

I replaced the charger with one that puts out a higher wattage, and also replaced the cord with a shorter one. It's been workinh well for several months now.
