The lens in the ultra has moved or dropped to one side. It looks like the lens has depressed inside its little dome and is producing a weird almost 90° angle that's out of focus.

Is there a way to fix this? I had the camera inside but moved it to an outside position last night. The temp was down to 10°C last night, not destructively cold but not warm either.

Any suggestions? It's all internal and there are no breaks or cracks. The camera is about 13 months old.

Thanks for the reply Tom.

I took it back to the reseller and they changed it over.

Cheers

Exactly this happened to one of my cameras last Friday for no apparent reason!  18 months old.  Mounted under eave of my garage, nothing has touched it.  I've tried to deal with Arlo support before, not going down that path again (worse than useless, I don't understand why Arlo don't sort their customer service out) - will just be taking it back to the retailer where I purchased.
