Arlo Ultra VMC 5040 not able to connect to base station

Dear Arlo Friends,

I lost internet connection to my system and have reset base station and removed the cameras from my system. 1 camera will not connect. I tried Manuel pairing and I also tried to reset the camera by pressing 10 sec on the sync button.

Nothing works. 

Tried via Arlo app and also by browser(Safari)

Other Ultra Cameras works just fine.

Any good suggestions?

The reset may well be  a longer press than 10 seconds. Hold it until the LED starts flashing amber.
