Arlo Ultra Charging help

Hi, I have 4 Arlo Ultra cameras that I didn't charge for a while. When I connect them to the magnet cable charger they charge but they seem to stick at 1% or 3%. I have tried everything. My next step is to probably order the charging dock and see if that helps charge the batteries. If you guys have any idea how to fix this please let me know. 🙂

Have you read the FAQ about reviving dead batteries? You'd have to "charge" the battery several times to get enough power in it to then be able to properly charge. Don't let them go to 0.
