Arlo Ultra Australia Release

I just learned from an Australian retailer that “Unfortunately, Arlo has further delayed the launch of the Ultra, as they have split from NETGEAR and are going as a stand alone company.”

... and I have been waiting for the Ultra.

It's probably best to wait til all the bugs are ironed out. IMO it was released in the US too early.

Are you aware that you MUST have a subscription to have cloud recordings? You get 1 free year with the kit purchase but after that, you'll have to pay for your subscription level.
Are you aware that there's an additional subscription on top of that to get 4K cloud recording and also that 4K recordings cannot be viewed in the browser?

These are just some issues that some people were not aware of when they bought, which is understandable since every other Arlo camera has 7 days of free cloud storage on the free, basic plan

Yes, I am aware of the 4K cloud issues. I have been reading so much info, I have come to the conclusion it is worth waiting for the ultra.
